CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand situations can arise in which you need to cancel your appointment. We request that you cancel and/or reschedule your appointment the day before and within business hours by calling 02 6281 4740.
For extenuating reasons, you could cancel a scheduled appointment on the day of the appointment but you would be required to call direct on 02 6281 4740 during office hours (8am – 6pm) to reschedule. Cancellation of an appointment on the day of the appointment will not be accepted.
If an appointment is canceled on the day of the appointment and is not rescheduled or failure to come for a scheduled appointment, you may incur a 20% cancellation fee at your next appointment.
